steak with asadero cheese
INGREDIENTS
180gr sirlion steak
1 tablespoon the oil
1 slice asadero cheese
1/2 cup pot bean
DIRECTIONS
Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 3” from heat.
Broil 16 minutes turning once.
One to two minutes before steaks are done top evenly with the cheese
then serve with the pot bean -*+
