milk capirotada

INGREDIENTS

for the brown sugar honey
3 cup water
400gr brown sugar
1 tablespoon aniseed
1 cinnamon
1 lemon (crack)

for the armed
4 bread roll sliced and gilded to the furnace
150gr cotija cheese
1cup prune

DIRECTIONS

brown sugar honey
- it puts to boil the water with the brown sugar, aniseed, cinnamon and the lemon (crack), until it reduces to
half
the armed
- in a .refractory put one cap of bread roll, one of cheese, prune and the brown sugar honey, until the brown sugar honey will finish
- bake to 302° F during 25 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
