400gr escamoles
130gr onion chopped in buckets
15ml of corn oil
3 tablespoons epazote fine chopped
Chopped green Chilli to the pleasure
salt
1 cup of guacamole
16 tortilla
DIRECTIONS
- saute the onion with the butter and the oil. then add the escamoles and cooking until they put translucent
- add the epazote, chilli and salt
- eat with tortilla like a taco add guacamole if you want
